The RN24 feedback from our survey is here... plus this year's surprise winner!

We highly value post-race feedback from our runners and volunteers, as part of our goal to ensure that every event is better than the last.

No less than 1413 runners and volunteers completed our post-race surveys following Run Norwich 2024, and we are pleased to share some of the findings below.

Race Survey
1413 responses

• 9.02/10 overall rating
• 30% of those who completed the survey were new to Run Norwich
• 96% would recommend Run Norwich to a friend
• 88% of runners said they will participate again next year
• 11% of runners ran for a charity
• 6.4% of runners travelled 50+ miles to take part in this year’s race
• Our runners alone spent an estimated £133,000 collectively on race day
• 84% of runners could correctly name Community Sports Foundation as the RN24 organisers – a new record!

From areas covered in our Run Norwich survey, the following were the highest rated* (% rating Excellent, Very Good, Good):

• Booking system (96%), website (98%), social media (98%), pre-race info (97%), staff/volunteers (99%), medals (96%), merchandise (85%), Race Expo (92%), Race Village (90%)

Volunteer Survey

• 52% were first time volunteers
• 9.11/10 overall rating – a new record!
• 67% of volunteers said they would volunteer again next year
• 19% of volunteers wish to participate as a runner next year
• 95% would recommend being a volunteer for Run Norwich

From areas covered in our Volunteer survey, the following were the highest rated* (% rating Excellent, Very Good, Good):

• Training (95%), pre-race info (97%), organisation (95%), staff/volunteers (99%), T-shirt/perks (93%)

Junior Run Survey

• 9/10 overall rating
• 95% would recommend the Junior Run to friends or family
