Race day road closures

Story added: 16th July 2018

Race day Information for city centre businesses and residents

The fourth annual Run Norwich 10k road race returns to the city on Sunday 5th August.

Over 7,000 runners will be running the city centre route. To ensure the safety of our runners and spectators, a number of road closures will be necessary on race day.

We aim to keep disruption to a minimum and in most cases, the closures will only be around an hour. No vehicle movements will be allowed on the race route during the event, and in two areas (sections of Riverside Road and King Street) parking permits will be suspended and residents required to relocate their vehicles.

We apologise in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause you.  If you have any queries, please contact us here, or on race day only please call the Race Control Centre on 01603 727925.
