Entries have passed the 5,000 mark

With a hundred days to go until Run Norwich returns to the city, entries have already passed the 5,000 mark.

The annual Run Norwich event returns to the city for its third outing on Sunday 6th August. This year’s field is set to be the biggest yet, with the current entry total close to exceeding last year’s total.

Only a few hundred places now remain for the event, and we urge prospective entrants to act quickly to avoid missing out.

Among entrants for this year’s race are over 1,300 runners who will be partaking in an organised running event for the first time.

The uptake of charity places has also seen a marked increase on last year – with places for official race charities Big C, Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND and SERV Norfolk already sold out.

The closed-road course is unchanged from last year’s race and takes in a number of the city centre’s most prominent landmarks, including Norwich Cathedral, Norwich Castle, and Norwich City Football Club.
